Australia’s highest snow resort
Charlotte Pass is Australia’s first ski resort, established in the early 1900’s. It is Australia’s highest snowbound village and is a great location and a perfect place to stay.
Set high in the Australia snowies, Charlotte Pass is a unique resort with vast ski terrain for all abilities. It has 5 lifts that service over 20 runs, from beginner level to advance skiers and boarders, you will be sure to have fun for the whole week! There are off-piste trails and some of the best cross country trails in the country. You can hike up the mountain and descend through the twisted snow gums across untouched fresh snow, which will place you right back at the base of the lifts or your lodge.
There are only 12 lodges in the village and this means that there are minimal revellers on the mountain at any one time, with little to no lift lines! This means more skiing/boarding every day.

Experiences in Charlotte Pass
Events and activities within the Village change from year to year but you can expect there to be plenty to keep you and the kids entertained throughout the week. There are fireworks on Saturday nights, meet the instructor nights in the Village Chalet bar, live bands throughout the week, and a flare run for the kids at the end of their week of ski lessons.
